WAYS TO PAY
In-Network Insurance
Blue Cross Blue Shield (Regence & Premera), Moda, Aetna, PacificSource, and First Choice. Insurance is confusing. We always check your coverage before your first appointment and will let you know what to expect.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may qualify for out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Cash
If you don’t have insurance, are covered by a different plan, or just want to avoid using your insurance, you may pay directly for services. Contact us for more specific pricing. We accept debit/credit and HSA directly through our client portal.
