You Deserve to Feel Okay — Therapy for Postpartum Anxiety & Depression

Therapy and medication support for postpartum anxiety and depression that meets you with compassion and clinical expertise, not shame.

Postpartum mental health struggles are more common than most people realize. They don’t make you a bad parent. They don’t mean you don’t love your baby. They mean your brain and body are responding to enormous change, and you deserve care to help you through it.

Start with a Conversation

We begin with a supportive intake to understand what you're going through.

Personalized Care Plan

Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and your life. That might include therapy, medication, or both — always with your input.

Support That Grows with You

With consistent, compassionate care, you'll begin to feel more steady, more connected, and more equipped to navigate life postpartum.

OUR APPROACH TO...

Postpartum Therapy

  • We provide evidence-based therapy through virtual or in-person sessions across Oregon and Washington.

  • We take your whole experience into account — birth history, physical recovery, relationships, sleep, identity, and more.

  • Therapy may be all you need. For some, we may also recommend a conversation about medication, which our psychiatric nurse practitioners can manage directly or in collaboration with your existing providers.
